A clear brief.
A better starting point.

We organise the production questions with our family and partner supply team in China. Your design and current requirements guide each stage.

  1. 01

    Define the brief

Choose your products. Share artwork, dimensions, quantities and the intended market.

  2. 02

    Review the details

Check colour areas, relief, attachments, artwork versions and retail packing with the supply team.

  3. 03

Agree a quotation & sample route

Review current prices, tooling, sample conditions and timing before authorising a sample.

  4. 04

    Confirm production requirements

Approve the final specification and sample criteria, packing instructions and commercial terms before an order proceeds.

Know what
you are comparing.

A quotation should describe the product as carefully as the price.

Commercial scope
Product price, tooling, packaging, samples, tests and freight are separated or explicitly included.
Timing
Sample, production and transit timing are confirmed separately with their starting conditions.
Checks
Artwork version, dimensions, colours, fittings and packing requirements are agreed before production.

Planning
your first enquiry.

What do you need for an initial enquiry?

Start with the product type, authorised artwork or a redacted reference, approximate dimensions, quantity per design, destination and preferred packaging.

What are the MOQ and lead time?

Both are confirmed for the current design and order conditions. Tooling, samples, production and transport are reviewed separately; no standard quantity or delivery time is assumed.

Can you work from our original artwork?

Yes. The service starts with customer-supplied artwork. Share only material you are authorised to use and disclose, with a clear file version.

Can you confirm material or testing requirements?

Share the destination, intended use, age group and required tests or documents. The supply team will review current material options and available evidence against your requirements.

Start with one
good idea.

Bring the artwork and prepare a clear production brief.
